Police Arrest Suspect In N.E. OKC Homicide

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have arrested a suspect accused of shooting and killing a man early Thursday morning on the city's northeast side.

George Allen Christian, 45, was taken into custody at a home in Yukon Friday morning.  Police said he killed 51-year-old Gary Anthony Williams on March 17.

Someone called officers about a shooting at Overbrook and Washington around 3:40 a.m. Thursday. When they arrived, a witness showed them Williams body lying inside a home.

Police said Christian was the man who pulled the trigger.  He was arrested and jailed on a complaint of first-degree murder.
