OKLAHOMA CITY -- A driver is accused of speeding away from Oklahoma City police when an officer tried to pull him over for a broken tail light.

Around 5 a.m., the officer spotted the pickup truck with four people inside near S.W. 59th Street and May. The driver refused to pull over and police pursued. The chase reached up to 90 mph, but the driver lost control near S.W. 89th Street and Southersby, and crashed through a barb wire fence.

Police say during the chase, several small baggies were thrown out of the truck. Police do not know what the baggies contained and they're still searching for them.

Police arrested the driver of the truck, 43-year-old Shaun Harris, on complaints of eluding police and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Two of his passengers who had outstanding warrants were also arrested. The fourth person in the truck was released.
