Oklahoma County prosecutors have filed charges against a woman they say drove after drinking and taking pills, and caused the death of a 56-year-old woman.

Deborah Roblyer was killed on Sunday, November 6, near N.W. 23rd Street and Meridian. Police said 52-year-old Elise Graham was traveling south of Meridian and made a left turn right in front of a motorcycle.

The motorcycle slammed into Graham's car. Both people on board were ejected. The motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital. Roblyer, his passenger, died at the scene.

Police noticed just after the crash that Graham's speech was slurred, and she had trouble keeping her balance. According to a probable cause affidavit, Graham told police she drank 20 ounces of beer before the crash, and ingested several prescription pills throughout the day. Police noted in their report that Graham was only 5 feet tall and weighed just 90 pounds.

Police arrested Graham. Prosecutors have now charged her with manslaughter, DUI and making an improper left turn.
