The FBI is searching for a robbery suspect who came into an Oklahoma City bank, claimed he wanted to open an account then robbed a teller.

The man walked into First Commercial Bank near S.E. 31st Street and S. Shields just before noon Tuesday. He approached the teller and asked about opening an account. During the conversation, the man leaned forward and told the bank employee, "Do me a favor. Open your drawer and give me your money."

The teller said the robber kept his hands under his shirt the entire time and did not show a weapon. The teller complied with the robber's demand. He left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber is described as a white man approximately 45 to 50 years old, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a thin build. The robber also had long salt-and-pepper-colored hair pulled into a ponytail.

The robber wore a long sleeve black t-shirt and an orange baseball style cap with an unknown logo on the front of the cap. The FBI is asking the public to take a good look at surveillance photos from the bank. Anyone who recognizes the robber should call the FBI at (405) 290-7770.

Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward.
