Police make an arrest in the murder of a man found dead outside a metro business.  Henry Allen Long is in the Oklahoma County jail on one count of first degree murder in the death of Robert "Lucky" Williams.

Police arrested Long Tuesday on two outstanding warrants. The first degree murder charge was added Wednesday. Long has a lengthy rap sheet. He has felony convictions dating back to 1997 and pending charges of rape, burglary and violating a protective order.

According to Williams' relatives, Long was a mechanic that had work on the family's cars. Relatives say Williams was a family man and had a lot of friends. They didn't know he had enemies who wanted him dead.

The 48-year-old victim was found beaten to death inside his truck in the parking lot of a business located at N.E. 15th Street and Bryant.

Williams was a father of three boys ages two, 14 and 24. He was living with his girlfriend and their young son in Midwest City. Williams' girlfriend told police that Williams left their house late Saturday night to get food and never came home.

The victim's brother-in-law, Theodis Manning said Williams was a good man and always knew how to make people smile. "When he showed up, if there's not a lot of laughter going on there will be after he gets there," said Manning.

Manning and other relatives are putting their faith and trust in a higher power that justice will come swift. "Vengeance is the Lord's and I believe justice will be served," said Manning.

At this time, police do not have any other suspects.
