New evidence is revealed in a murder-for-hire plot against a Midwest City mother. This, just as prosecutors file charges on her husband, his girlfriend and a hired hitman.

Police say although the three began plotting the murder several weeks before Jessica McPherson-Brown's death. The suspects could not avoid their eventual arrests.

Search warrants just released show investigators recovered several items at the scene of the crime.

Jessica's estranged husband Fabion Brown, his girlfriend Emily Matheson and the alleged gunman Brodric Glover are all charged in the murder. The case may be bolstered by items found at the scene of the crime.

Documents show investigators searched the home where officers found Jessica McPherson Brown shot twice in the head. Her two young children were reportedly lying next to her.

The search warrant reveals police found two 9 millimeter bullet casings, latent finger prints, blood and other trace evidence in the home. Police report taking 20 items from the home including the children's pajamas and red folder with pregnancy documents. Police also got another warrant to search Fabion Brown's truck. Inside the truck, investigators find a death certificate for the victim, Jessica. Also, a receipt in Jessica's name dated February 3, 2012. Remember, Jessica was murdered the month before on January 11, 2012.

Police believe Brown and his girlfriend Matheson paid Brodric Glover $250 to kill Jessica. Confessions from two of the three suspects reveal Brown also rented an orange Kia for Glover to use during the commission of the crime. A search warrant for the rental car shows police collected DNA swabs digital photographs and two plastic bottles.

Prosecutors filed charges on all three Thursday afternoon. Each suspect faces a count of murder in the first degree for the premeditated murder of Jessica Brown, another count of first degree murder for her unborn baby Ryleigh McPherson and a count for conspiracy to commit murder.

Jessica McPherson-Brown's mother released this statement to the media:

"Jessica's family would like to thank the Midwest City Police Department for working non-stop on Jessica's case. While their efforts cannot bring Jessica and baby Ryleigh back to us, we are happy to see the people who are responsible for taking this extraordinary young mother, daughter and sister from us behind bars. Jessica was such a loving mother. She was full of smiles and life even through tough times. She was looking forward to coming back home to Washington to be near her family and friends. Jessica and Ryleigh are at home with their heavenly father now and we are in the process of planning Jessica and Ryleigh's funeral and getting custody of my two small grandchildren so that we can get them back home to Washington. A Memorial Fund has been setup should any persons or entities wish to donate toward the burial and memorial expenses of Jessica and baby Ryleigh, as well as toward the support of the two young children Jessica has left behind. All such donations may be made to the 'Jessica Brown Memorial Fund Support Trust' at any Bank of America." -Judy Richardson
