OKLAHOMA CITY -- AAA Oklahoma says gas prices in Oklahoma are just 30 cents less than the all-time high set in 2008.

AAA officials warn those prices right now are probably not done climbing. That's why the company is offering gas-saving suggestions to motorists.

AAA's Chuck Mai says driving 60 miles per hour on the highway instead of 70 can save as much as 30 percent on your gas bill.

Mai also said running several errands during one trip will save gas over running several individual errands during the course of the day.

Motorist Stan Williams drives a Chevrolet Tahoe, and says he gets only ten miles to the gallon. He says he doesn't make nearly as many trips as he used to, and he has even taken up riding his bike to run errands.
