Cause Of Death Released For Midwest City Mom, Two Sons

The State Medical Examiner has called the deaths of a woman and her two young sons an accident.

A fire swept through the Midwest City apartment of Lindsey Terry, 26, Dylan Terry, 4, and John Brown-Jones, 2, on Sunday, May 6. Dylan and John died that day. Their mother died the next morning.

Fire investigators have not yet released what started the fire at the Raintree Meadow apartments, but autopsies determined the three victims died of smoke inhalation and thermal burns. The manner of their deaths was determined to be accidental.

Lindsey Terry also had a daughter. She was not home when the fire broke out.
