A man accused of running a prostitution ring out of his upscale home near Edmond is speaking out after fliers were distributed all over his neighborhood.
Germaine Coulter is facing numerous racketeering charges, but he is out on bond.
County records show Coulter's construction company has co-owned the $300,000 home in the Oaks Three subdivision since 2007. He admits he has done his time in prison and deserves a second chance. And he is outraged this flier is being handed out to all his neighbors.
"When does my crime end? When do I ever get through paying for it?" said Coulter.
Coulter is one of the people pictured on the alarming flier that has been distributed all over the Oaks Three subdivision. It claims he is a pimp and ring leader of a dangerous prostitution ring.
"I was never a pimp or a ring leader. I was a manager of an escort service four years ago and I have done my time," said Coulter.
Coulter claims he has never done anything illegal out of the home and says the man who created this flier has no right to judge people's lives.
"He's out here exploiting people that he doesn't have any facts on their life. And he's destroying not just me, he's destroying family members. He's destroying friends. He's destroying my neighbors," Coulter said.

Brian Bates is the man behind the flier and is known for exposing the hidden world of prostitution on his John TV website. He was back out Thursday handing out more fliers claiming Coulter and his cohorts are targeting young vulnerable teens.
"I've never had no child trafficking case. I've never had no human trafficking case."
Coulter is facing felony racketeering charges for the alleged sex ring, along with four other people. He has also done prison time for drugs and other charges. But he disputes these current allegations.
"It's a damn lie and it's upsetting and it's hurtful and it's like really defamated (sic) my character as a person."
Many of Coulter's neighbors were stunned when they got the flier. Now they just want Coulter and his family out.
News 9 has also learned that Coulter was also charged with felony drug possession Thursday afternoon.
