A man accused in the beating death of a Cushing woman has pleaded guilty to a felony murder charge on Friday.
According to the Cushing Police Department, Benjamin Littlesun, 23, entered a guilty plea in the slaying of Cushing resident, Ave Marie King.

Littlesun was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
King was found badly beaten in an alleyway in Cushing back in December, 2011. Investigators said King was nude from the waist down. She was taken to the hospital where she later died.

Later that day, authorities arrested Benjamin Littlesun after positively identifying hand prints left on a trash can near King's body.
Prosecutors later filed a felony murder charge against Littlesun in King's death.
