Firefighters Contain Grass Fire Near Chickasha

Fire crews have contained a grass fire near Chickasha.

The fire started in an open field Thursday afternoon near CR 2850 and CR 1270, which is about seven miles north of Chickasha. Firefighters with the Tuttle, Bridgecreek and Amber fire departments responded to the blaze.

SkyNews 9 HD captured the scene from the air. Firefighters will remain on scene until the fire is out. No homes or other structures are in danger. No injuries are reported.
