The family of a murdered Chickasha woman presents plaques to Grady County District Attorney Jason Hicks, staff members, a petitioner, and News 9.
Louise Johnson presented four honorary plaques following her controversial fight to keep her daughter's convicted killer behind bars.

A jury found Quincy Foster guilty of murder 16 year ago. When the parole board recommended Foster's early release, the family of Debra Dennis took their concerns to anyone who would listen. After months of petitions, reports, and meetings the Governor denied Fosters parole.
Louise Johnson said she is thankful to those honored today and everyone who joined in their fight.
