On top of the testimony heard Tuesday, jurors got a fresh look at surveillance video that shows the suspects and what happened moments after Waldenville was shot outside the famed Cattlemen's Steakhouse.

The shooting happened on May 21, 2011. Waldenville was working an off-duty security job at Cattlemen's. Police say Waldenville left with money from the restaurant to deposit at a nearby bank, when witnesses reported seeing and hearing gunshots. Then, witnesses say two men wearing black hoodies ran off.

Sheriff John Whetsel was in the courtroom Tuesday along with deputies and members of the Waldenville family. Prosecutors say Christopher Baker is the one who pulled the trigger. The defense says the State has it all wrong and claims co-defendant Keonte Prince shot Waldenville.

In court, a Cattlemen's employee said he saw just one of the suspects raise his arm before hearing gunshots. Then, workers rushed to Waldenville's side until help arrived.

Oklahoma City Police officer Katie Lawson, who was shot in the line of duty nearly one year earlier, was one of the first officers on the scene. She also took the stand Tuesday.

Waldenville lost an eye after he was shot in the face. Prosecutors have charged Baker with shooting with intent to kill and robbery with a firearm.
