Police arrest one suspect but are still searching for another after a high-speed pursuit ended early Monday morning with a crash near Interstate 40 and Robinson.
It began just after midnight when two men allegedly stole some beer from a gas station along Interstate 35. Police pursued the suspects, and speeds reached up to 120 mph.
The driver lost control and crashed, rolling his car. The vehicle ended up on its side against a guardrail.
Paramedics had to extricate the driver from the car. He was arrested, but first taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
There was also a passenger in the vehicle. He ran from the scene and has not been caught.
