Police arrested two suspects accused of stealing a truck and leading officers and Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies on a chase across Oklahoma City early Monday morning.

Police arrested Michael James Rodriquez, 32 and Daniel Day, 26.

Deputies say officers spotted a man driving a stolen truck around 2:30 a.m. near Interstate 44 and N.E. 10th Street. The driver refused to stop and sped away.

Near N.W. 10th Street and Miller, the driver slammed into a curb and lost control. He veered into a parking lot and stopped just short of a building.

Police immediately arrested a passenger, but the driver jumped out of the truck and ran. He didn't get far. He was found on N.W. 12th Street about 30 minutes later.

Both men were booked into the Oklahoma County jail. Their names have not yet been released.
