Two men accused in a murder-for-hire plot in Midwest City could be given the death penalty if found guilty.
Prosecutors filed the paperwork saying they will ask a judge to consider the sentence for Fabion Brown and Broderic Glover.
Investigators say Brown paid Glover $250 to kill his estranged wife, Jessica McPherson-Brown, who was pregnant when she was shot.
Fabion Brown and Jessica McPherson-Brown were in the middle of divorce proceedings when McPherson-Brown was shot and killed. The 23-year-old was found dead in her Midwest City home on January 11, 2012.
Both men and Fabion's girlfriend, Emily Matheson, are all charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
