Organizers have extended a clinic helping tornado victims who lost their eyeglasses and contacts when tornadoes roared across central Oklahoma.
The free, special vision relief clinic will be open through Friday, May 31 at Graceway Baptist Church, 1100 S.W. 104th Street in Oklahoma City. The clinic is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Doctors and staff from Vision Source are volunteering their services, and companies have donated thousands of frames, lenses, contacts, and other equipment. Tornado survivors in Moore, Shawnee, Newcastle, Bethel Acres and Little Axe are eligible to have those items replaced at no charge.
Survivors do not have to make an appointment. For more information, call 405-640-3484.
