The FBI is hoping the public can help agents catch a suspect who recently robbed an Oklahoma City bank twice, once while wearing a fake beard and straw hat.
The first robbery occurred May 13 at the Bank of Oklahoma at 11300 N. May Avenue. The robber told the teller he had a weapon and demanded money. The employee never saw the weapon, but complied with his demands. The robber left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
Two months later on July 15, FBI agents believe the same man returned to the bank, this time dressed in a fake beard, straw hat and sunglasses. He demanded money and the teller complied. Just before leaving the bank with the cash, he displayed a semi-automatic pistol.

No one was hurt in either robbery. In both cases, the robber was seen leaving the bank on foot and heading east. In the second robbery on July 15, the subject was seen climbing a fence into the adjacent condominium complex.
The robber is described as a black male in his late 20s or early 30s, 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 5 inches tall, and 300 pounds with a large build.
The FBI is urging the public to take a close look at the surveillance photos. Investigators believe people who know the subject will recognize him from the pictures. Anyone with information regarding these robberies should contact the FBI at (405) 290-7770.
