An Oklahoma City police officer who pulled over the tour bus of rapper 2 Chainz said he smelled "an overwhelming odor of marijuana" when the driver opened the door, according to a police affidavit released on Tuesday.
Eleven people, including 2 Chainz whose real name is Tauheed Epps, were arrested Thursday, August 22, after refusing to get off the bus for almost nine hours following a traffic stop.

According to an affidavit released on Tuesday, August 27, an officer said when the driver opened the door, he could smell "an overwhelming odor of marijuana," and that he could actually see smoke inside the bus.
However, police say no one on the bus would let officers inside. One person even held up a copy of the U.S. constitution as if he was challenging the officers, according to the affidavit.
Everyone on board also refused to leave the bus. Police had the tour bus towed, with the people still on board, to the police training facility at 850 N. Portland until officers obtained a warrant to search the bus.
Several hours later, officers got a warrant and found drugs on the bus.
The rapper and his crew were booked into the county jail for obstruction, but drug charges will likely follow.
