Gunman Robs Money Center At OKC Walmart

A gunman made off with an unknown amount of cash after robbing the Money Center inside the Walmart store at NW Expressway and Council Road.

According to a just-released report from the Oklahoma City Police Department, a man walked into the store on September 21. He went to the Money Center counter, pulled out a black handgun, and demanded money.

The employee complied, and the gunman calmly left the store with the cash.

Police obtained surveillance video of the robbery, and released two still pictures taken from the video. Investigators are asking people to take a close look at the photos. Anyone who recognizes the suspect should call Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
