MWC Resident Says Local Hooligans Are Terrorizing Neighborhood

Disturbing video of an explosion in a Midwest City neighborhood has some of the residents there looking over their shoulder.   

Debbie Phillips showed News 9 surveillance video of an explosion that was detonated in between her and her neighbor's home last August. She says the explosion is the work of a group of teenage thugs who have been terrorizing the neighborhood for several months. 

Phillips says on Wednesday night they shot the windows out of her husband's pickup truck. On Halloween night she says they set off another explosion in her backyard.

"This is terror, total terror," she said. 

Midwest Police tell News 9 they are aware of the situation, and are investigating.
