A robber strong armed a woman at the Goodwill Store in northwest Oklahoma City.

"Right when he walked in I knew something wasn't right," said the victim, who wished to remain anonymous because the suspect is still at large.

She said, at first, she thought the suspect was actually bringing donations to the site in the 2100 block of NW 23rd but then he started milling around the office.

She could not call for help because the phone was in the office and because she was all alone at the store, she decided not to confront the suspect.

"It's not a feeling that you want to feel. It's scary."

Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect when he grabbed the victim's backpack and ran out the door. The victim chased after him, but unsuccessfully.

"It's like someone violated you and you can't do anything about it. Except think twice each time someone comes into the store. Of all the places you steal from the Goodwill? And you steal from someone who is trying to help the community, just scum of the Earth."

A separate incident occurred at the Best Donuts in the 2300 block of NW 23rd four days before the robbery at the Goodwill, on Nov. 15, the suspect approached a woman in the parking lot and wrestled her for the keys. She managed to keep her car key, but the suspect ran with her house keys in hand.

If you have any information about the incidents call Oklahoma City Police Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300.
