A sheriff's deputy arrests two people for trafficking meth.

According to the Oklahoma Sheriff's Department, Francisca Cabanillas Alvarez, 24, was originally pulled over for not using her turn signal along I-40 eastbound at Meridian Avenue on Friday, December 27. The deputy says she didn't have a license either.

When the deputy started questioning Cabanillas and her passenger, Roque Aceves, 23, their stories didn't match up.

After a K-9 search of the car, more than 13 pounds of meth was found in the trunk.

Both were arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County jail on complaints of aggravated trafficking a controlled and dangerous substance, methamphetamine.
