A Midwest City man is arrested and charged, accused of raping under-aged, unconscious girls and taking nude photos of them. He is also accused of posting those pictures, as well as pornographic videos, on the internet, all without their knowledge.
Court papers state one of those teenage girls actually reported this to Midwest City Police back in December, after she found those explicit pictures and videos on several different websites. As it turns out, many of them appear to have been taken at the suspect's home that was known for its wild parties.
"Parties at all different hours of the night," said neighbor Casey Shere. "And slip and slides in the front yard with tons of girls and couple guys and firecrackers going off inside the house."
Shere lives right across the street from the home on Proctor Place. It is in foreclosure now, but she remembers it being a haven for drinking, partying and under-aged girls.
"I mean they were all underage," said Shere.
Shere says she's not surprised the man who used to live there is now behind bars. Police arrested 25-year-old Clifford Eugene Williams Wednesday morning at his mother's house. News 9 spoke with her this afternoon.
"He is a wonderful, wonderful kid," said Louise Williams. "And he's never been in trouble. And this all came about because he's divorcing his wife."
Louise Williams says her son told her he didn't do any of the things he's accused of and she believes him.
But court papers state there are photos and videos of several girls as they were lying naked and unconscious inside William's home and that he even appeared in some of them. Some of those photos were taken back in 2009 and 2010, when the girls were still minors.
"At this time we do not know if there are additional victims," said Midwest City Assistant Chief Sid Porter. "We would encourage anybody if they have any information regarding this case or anything that's happened during this time frame to please contact us."
There are even explicit pictures and videos of one of the victims passed out with her eyes taped open, that appear to have been taken at an apartment complex on Reno Ave. The affidavit even states there is a text message Williams sent to one of his victims saying he felt guilty and apologized.
Williams is being held on a $200,000 bond and faces 12 felony counts.
