Many of you woke up to SNOW across Oklahoma City and basically anywhere north of I-40 this morning. Some saw more than others. The OKC Metro picked up anywhere from a quarter of an inch to three quarters of an inch, enough to cause roads to become snow covered and, unfortunately, a few accidents. Check out the picture of the News 9 parking lot around sunrise this morning.
Skies will continue clearing this morning and afternoon, giving way to temperatures closer to the freezing mark. Winds will weaken throughout the day, allowing temps to fall back into the teens tonight.
Highs rise into the 40s, 50s, and 60s for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before another front arrives this weekend. Our next big storm system shows up on Monday bringing rain, possibly turning to a snow event by Tuesday. Stay with News 9 for the latest!
