Suspects Sought In Armed Robbery At Norman Check Cashing Business

Police are on the lookout for two male suspects who robbed a Norman check cashing business, Thursday morning.

Police are on the lookout for two male suspects who robbed a Norman check cashing business, Thursday morning.

According to Norman Police, two Hispanic males walked into the Check ‘N Go, located at 1233 Alameda St., at around 11:20 a.m. One of the suspects was brandishing a knife and demanded cash from the registers. The teller complied and the two men fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

One suspect is described as being in his mid to late 20s, approximately 5' 8" tall, and weighing about 170 lbs. He was wearing a white hoodie, a red baseball cap and black pants.

The other suspect is described as being in his late 30s or early 40s, approximately 5' 11" to 6' 2" tall, and weighing between 180 and 190 lbs. He was wearing a dark grey hoodie and blue jeans.

No one was injured in the robbery. The Norman PD Criminal Investigations Division is handling this incident.
