Bust out the heavy coats, hats and gloves! The big-time cold is making a comeback!
A few showers and thunderstorms are possible in S.E. Oklahoma tonight, but the real story will be the cold temperatures. Lows will drop into the teens and low 20s with wind chills in the single digits and low teens.
The cold air will hang around all day Wednesday as highs struggle to climb out of the 30s and low 40s.
Another storm system will move in on Friday morning bringing a slight chance of rain. Best chances will be in northern Oklahoma.
A strong blast of arctic air is still on the way Sunday, along with a chance for winter precipitation.
More details to come.
