Emergency crews have freed a driver who became trapped in his semi truck when it rolled over on Highway 4 near Mustang, Friday morning.

At about 10 a.m., emergency crews responded to a rollover wreck involving a K&M Wrecking company's semi-truck at 9200 Highway 4 near Mustang. According to authorities, the semi truck was going northbound on Highway 4 when it lost control, crashed into an embankment and rolled over.

The driver was pinned inside the semi after it rolled over. After nearly an hour, crews were able to free the driver. Tammy Mckinney with the Oklahoma City Fire Department told News 9 that the driver was alert and was air-lifted to the hospital.

Investigators on scene told News 9's Lisa Monahan that an ABC Roofing Company's vehicle was traveling southbound on Highway 4. The driver attempted to make a U-turn into northbound lanes of Highway 4, but he overshot it.

The driver of the ABC Roofing truck then tried to back up into oncoming traffic. The driver of K&M Wrecking Company's semi-truck swerved to avoid the truck backing into his lane. He lost control and rolled the semi.

58-year-old Gregory Milburn is at OU Medical Center receiving treatment for injuries he sustained in the rollover accident. Milburn's coworkers told News 9 he is suffering from broken ribs and a broken neck but is expected to make a full recovery.

At about the same time, crews responded to another wreck involving two vehicles at Highway 4 and Wilshire. One car rolled over following the collision.

One driver was pinned inside the car for a short time before being freed by firefighters. That driver is being transported to the hospital in an unknown condition.

The other driver's condition is unclear at this time.
