An arrest warrant has been issued for a teenager believed to be involved in the robbery of an Oklahoma City convenience store.

According to police, on Wednesday, February 26, two suspects walked into the RS Quick Stop, located at 4702 N.W. 23rd Street. One suspect wrestled the store clerk to the ground and held him down, as the other one stole the cash register containing $270.

The clerk recognized the suspect who took the cash register as a regular customer. On March 5, officers were able to identify that suspect as 16-year-old Roberto Flores.

According to police, Flores lives near the convenience store, and he matched the suspect description given by the store clerk.

Police say they showed a recent booking photo of Flores to the clerk, and he identified Flores as the person involved in the robbery.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Flores. He is wanted on one count of first degree robbery.

Police have not identified the other suspect involved in the robbery.
