Police, FBI Investigating Bank Robbery In NW OKC

Police are looking for a female suspect after a bank robbery in northwest Oklahoma City, Saturday morning.

Police are looking for a female suspect after a bank robbery in northwest Oklahoma City, Saturday morning.

Investigators say an unknown black female entered the IBC Bank, located at 5701 N. May Ave., just after 10 a.m. The woman handed a teller a note demanding money. The teller complied and the suspect fled the bank.

The suspect is described as a black female with a medium complexion, in her late 20s to early 30s. Police say she is approximately 5'6" tall and weighs between 130 and 140 lbs. She was wearing a long-sleeved camouflage shirt and reddish colored pants.

The woman was last seen leaving the bank in a white two-door Honda. No one was injured during the robbery.

This robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department. Anyone with information is requested to contact the FBI at (405)290-7770. Callers may remain anonymous.

The Oklahoma Bankers Association offers a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for robbing a member bank.
