The Oklahoma City Thunder took a tough Game 6 in Los Angeles and is headed to the Western Conference Finals. A group of loyal fans gathered at the Will Rogers World Airport Friday morning to welcome the players home from Los Angeles.
The players arrived at the airport at about 5:15 a.m. Several of them greeted the fans as they got off the plane.
During Thursday night's game against the LA Clippers, Kevin Durant scored 39 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead the Thunder to a 104-98 series-clinching victory over the Clippers.
The Thunder will play in their third conference finals in the past four seasons. Game 1 is set for Monday night in San Antonio.
