Police released surveillance photos of a man who reportedly broke into a northwest Oklahoma City home and stole a gun.

Police released surveillance photos of a man who reportedly broke into a northwest Oklahoma City home and stole a gun.

The incident happened just before 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 1 at a home in the 200 block of N.W. 39th Street.

According to police, an exterior camera of the backyard had been pushed up. A man broke the kitchen window and entered the home. He then broke the alarm panel and speakers inside the house.

Police say the exterior wires for the alarm and internet were pulled out of the connection boxes.

The suspect took a pistol worth $750 and left the house. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect and his car. Police released those photos on Thursday, May 15.
