Three people are in jail after a video they posted on social media caught the eye of police. The video has since been taken off of Instagram, but we do have a photo of it, and some may find it disturbing.

According to The Ada News, the video, posted on Instagram on Wednesday, showed an 8-year-old boy wearing a football helmet and getting kicked in the head several times by a 15 year old. The caption under the video read "what this kid will do for a piece of gum."

Police arrested 28-year-old Joshua Whittington and 33-year-old Tracey Casteel, as well as the 15 year old. They say the eight year old getting kicked in the video is Whittington's son, and the 15 year old is Casteel's son.

Whittington and Casteel are boyfriend and girlfriend. Police believe Whittington was holding the camera while a female voice heard in the background is believed to be Casteel's, according to the Ada News.

That eight year old was taken into state custody.

All three now face charges of aggravated assault. The 15 year old is now at the Gary E. Miller Juvenile Justice Center in El Reno.

As for that eight year old, he is doing okay, but does have bruises on his neck and chest.
