The family of a teenager who went missing almost a year ago continues the search for answers.

Molly Miller was reported missing on July 9, 2013. She was last seen two days before that.

Three weeks ago, Miller's family got a tip with information about where Miller's body might be. Her cousin Paula Fielder told News 9 that an Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) dive team and U.S. Marshals jumped on that tip, but they did not find anything.

"To be quite honest, I thought that was it. I thought we were going to find Molly and Colt that day and were going to get the answer," said Fielder, who has been working to gather information about Molly's whereabouts.

"If everything that is true that we've been told that happened to molly that night, if any of that is true, and when it all comes to light, I don't know how, and we hear it officially, I don't know how me or anybody else in this family will be the same."

Fielder has worked feverishly to keep attention on Molly's story. Molly was with another person, Colt Haynes, who also has been missing since last year. According to affidavits filed in court, Miller and Haynes were in a car with James Conn Nipp the night the two were last seen or heard from.

Investigators used cell phone records from each of their cell phones, which showed they were all traveling together.

The night Miller and Haynes were last seen or heard from, Nipp allegedly took Wilson Police and Love County Deputies on a high-speed chase. Nipp has been charged for taking police on a high-speed chase that night, but not for anything related to Miller or Haynes' disappearance.

Fielder said she and her family refuse to give up and will work as long as it takes to get the information they need to find out exactly what happened to the teenager.

"You know in your head that the worst has happened, but you want to believe it in your heart that they're still out there somewhere," said Fielder. "I know this sounds weird, but I don't want to see these people in jail. I want them to give up what happened to molly and tell us who did it and why."
