Former Oklahoma State basketball player Gary Gaskins was reported missing on Sunday, according to Atlanta police.
On Monday morning, the police department said Gaskins has been located in good health. The missing person alert was canceled.
As initially reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Gaskins had not been seen since Friday night after he left the apartment he shares with his girlfriend in Atlanta. His girlfriend, Melissa Latham, filed the missing persons report with local police.
Gaskins last seen around 10:30 p.m. when he left to walk to a nearby McDonalds.
Anyone who sees Gaskins or heard from him was asked to call 911 or the Atlanta Police Department. Gaskins is a 6-foot-10 black male who was last seen wearing a black shirt and black basketball shorts with orange trim.
Gaskins transferred to Oklahoma State from Brevard Community College prior to this past season but left the team before the conclusion of the season.
Gary joined the Air Force in 2008 after graduating high school in South Carolina and was honorably discharged because of an injury.
