Oklahoma City police are looking for two suspects who reportedly stabbed a clerk when they tried to steal a case of beer from a convenience store early Tuesday morning.

According to police, it happened at about 6:40 a.m. at the Shell 1st Place gas station, located at 440 N.W. 6th Street. Police say what started out as a beer run ended with the store clerk being stabbed.

According to a police report, the two men grabbed a case of beer and ran out of the store. The clerk chased after the suspects and confronted them in the parking lot. That's when one of the suspects stabbed the clerk with a knife.

The clerk suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

On Thursday, police released a surveillance video of the two suspects entering and leaving the store. If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at (405)-235-7300. Callers can remain anonymous, and may be eligible for a cash reward.
