Suspects Sought In Attempted Burglary At Chickasha Drug Store

Police are on the lookout for at least two suspects in an attempted smash-and-grab burglary at a Chickasha drug store, early Thursday morning.

Police are on the lookout for at least two suspects in an attempted smash-and-grab burglary at a Chickasha drug store, early Thursday morning.

The suspects were caught on surveillance video attempting to break into the Medicine Shoppe drug store on 4th St. just after 6 a.m. Officers were dispatched after the alarm sounded  when the suspects tried to gain access to the building by throwing a rock through the window of the front doors.

Police describe the first suspect as a slender black male, possibly wearing a red jacket with dark sleeves with white lettering on the back that says "Truck Fit". He was also wearing dark shorts and white shoes with black soles.

The second suspect is described as a black male with a large build wearing a dark jacket with a white bandana across his face. He had on dark pants, a dark hat with a red brim and dark shoes.

Police say after fleeing the pharmacy the suspects may have fled in a white car. Authorities did not say whether or not the suspects were able to make off with anything.
