Thunderstorms in NM and CO are pushing east, but will struggle to hold together as they move into western Oklahoma tonight.

Monday morning rain and storms really worked over the atmosphere, so widespread rain is not expected tonight. A slight chance storms will reach far western Oklahoma with the best chance for rain in the panhandle tonight.

Tuesday, isolated showers and storms may develop, but not everyone will see them. Highs will reach the upper 80s and low 90s.

Best rain chances will arrive late Tuesday into Early Wednesday as another cluster of storms is expected to develop over Kansas and push south and east into Oklahoma. A few strong to severe storms will be possible with hail, wind, and flash flooding the main concerns.

Another round of rain possible on Thursday, and then the weather shifts into more of a hot dry summer-like pattern.
