Energy's Leichty, Gunderson Named To USL PRO Team Of The Week

OKC Energy FC's David Leichty and Max Gunderson were named to the USL PRO Team of the Week for Week 20 of the 2014 season on Tuesday.

Leichty was named to the team after his first professional goal gave his side a dramatic late victory against Orange County. Teammate Max Gunderson was part of a four-man defensive contingent as he helped limit the Blues to six shots in a 1-0 win.

Richmond Kickers midfielder Shay Spitz was named player of the week.

Energy FC is back in action Saturday evening against the Sacramento Republic FC. Kickoff from Sacramento is 9:30 p.m. CT and the game airs live on 96.1 FM KXY in Oklahoma City.
