OKC Police Seek Suspect Who Stole Car Left Running In Parking Lot

Oklahoma City police are looking for a man who reportedly stole a car that was left running in the parking lot of a convenience store.

Oklahoma City police are looking for a man who stole a car that was left running in the parking lot of a convenience store.

On Wednesday, August 13, officers responded to the report of a car being stolen from the convenience store parking lot at 1317 S.E. 44th. The victim told police he left his car running in the parking lot while he went inside to make a purchase. When he returned, the car was gone.

Surveillance cameras at the store captured the theft and several different angles of the suspect. Police said the suspect was wearing a red shirt and a red ball cap.

Police also released a surveillance video taken during an auto burglary that happened on Monday, August 4. Two suspects reportedly rummaged through a truck at 424 S.W. 50th.
