Skies become partly cloudy tonight, and temperatures drop to the upper 60s. Chances for rain linger in the southeast, but even chances there will be slim.
Friday looks very similar to what we had today. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures climbing to the upper 80s. Confidence is still high that Friday will be the driest day this weekend. So, if you have outdoor plans, Friday will be your best opportunity.
A cold front interacts with the remnants of Odile this weekend and brings Oklahoma a good chance of rain. Rainfall should begin Saturday evening and linger through Monday. The heaviest of the rain looks to occur late Saturday night and into Sunday. Sunday looks to be a washout. We could see anywhere from one to two inches in the metro with higher amounts closer to three plus inches in southwest Oklahoma.
Stay tuned!
