Widespread sunshine and a south wind helped to warm us up nicely on Tuesday, bringing temperatures to the low and mid-50s Tuesday afternoon.
With very little to no snow cover left, our temperatures shouldn't plummet so far Tuesday night, despite clear skies.
We should start out in the upper 20s Wednesday morning. Skies remain nice and sunny Wednesday despite a weak cold front coming through. Wind will shift to the north, but we should still reach into the low 50s on Wednesday.
Clouds slowly increase on Thursday with highs rising to the mid-50s ahead of our next storm system. This will be the first of two storms systems headed our way as we approach the weekend.
The first will be rather weak but we are still keeping a slight chance of rain in the forecast for Friday. The second and stronger system arrives on Saturday. Showers and thunderstorms are likely this day with temperatures cooling as it departs.
