According to police, via social media, 19-year-old Tavon Railback has recently threatened to shoot and kill police officers.

Because of these threats, authorities issued a warrant for Railback's arrest for violation of the Oklahoma Anti-Terrorism Act, and unauthorized use of a computer to violate state statute.
