Rain! It's the kind of the rain you love, all liquid! What's better?
Rain chances Saturday morning, will be highest in central and western Oklahoma. Up to a quarter inch is possible.
Saturday afternoon, temperatures will rise into the mid-40s with a southeast wind up to 20 mph. The afternoon and evening, rain chances will spread across the entire state where totals could reach up to a half inch.
Saturday into Sunday morning, the bulk of the rain will start moving into eastern Oklahoma. If enough cold air moves in Sunday morning as the precipitation ends, northern and central Oklahoma may have to contend with a bit of wintry mix or a few snowflakes. It shouldn't be a big deal.
Looking ahead, it'll stay cold and very windy on Sunday.
Monday will be cold as well, but not as windy.
It'll warm up again on Tuesday and there will be the chance of more precipitation Wednesday into Thursday.
There may be more winter precipitation with the midweek system, but nothing is definite yet. It does bear a watchful eye!
