There was overwhelming support for an Oklahoma City man who's dealing with a devastating diagnosis.

He's been battling brain cancer for the past few years and he's not giving up the fight.

Jacob Schneberger is truly an inspiration and he's inspiring others to give.

He looked healthy, with a smile on his face the entire time during our interview, and said he's determined to continue the fight to live. Jake's prognosis is the last thing he's worried about, even though doctors said he may have months, if not weeks to live.

“What I worry about the most is my family. I don't care really about me, I'm more worried about these two right here,” said Schneberger.

Jake said it all started with migraines in 2011. That lead to MRI's in Oklahoma City, but surgeons couldn't operate on the tumor.

“We eventually went down to MD Anderson and they operated on me, took out my left front quarter,” said Schneberger.

Jake said after that, things were going well, but just last weekend the family got news that tumor had grown down into his spine.

“And so there's not a whole lot of options because I've been on every chemo possible,” said Schneberger.

“You can either choose to die, or choose to live, and we're going to live and make memories for our son, and for our family,” said Jake's wife, Susan. “We're just going to do the best we can with the days that we have left.”

Thanks to a friend of the family, they were able to raise more than $10,000 using a GoFundMe account in less than 24-hours.

To date nearly $15,000 has been raised.

First on the list, is to take their 4-year-old son Blake to Disney World.

“So we're going to travel and just not worry about things for a while,” said Susan.

“Everybody dies, you know. But he makes the decision, and I'm going to fight it as much as I can,” said Schneberger. “It's not over. It's not over.”

If you have a moment you can give this family some words of encouragement.
