As our first wave of winter weather moves out our next wave moves in early Saturday morning.

Temperatures drop to around 20 degrees overnight under cloudy skies. Snow will start to fall before sunrise Saturday morning and taper early afternoon.

We could see one to two inches of snow in the metro. As temperatures begin to warm we will see a transition over to light freezing drizzle. This will continue off and on through Saturday evening.

Several slick spots are anticipated on area roadways throughout Saturday.

Sunday morning and early afternoon precipitation should fall as just plain rain as temperatures warm to the upper 30s.
