Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw faces 36 charges including six counts of rape. However, one woman's claim against him has her in trouble, and now she is charged with falsely reporting a crime.

It happened near NE 50th and Lincoln, or so Shaneice Barksdale said, but turns out the sexual assault Barksdale tried to pin on former officer Holtzclaw was bogus. Investigators said it never happened.

Wednesday she was charged with false report of a crime.

Detectives said Barksdale claimed Holtzclaw pulled her over at a nearby park and made her "get out of the car, place her hands on her vehicle, and he molested her."

She even went on to explain details of the alleged assault and told investigators Holtzclaw "touched her breasts" and other personal areas and that "he asked for sex but she declined."

Court documents state Barksdale told authorities Holtzclaw "took her ID, told her not to tell anyone and left."

News 9 went to the home address listed for Barksdale on the court documents, but just like the report police said she made, it did not appear correct either.

Police said Barksdale's accusations didn't add up, after her description of him did not match his height or weight. Police checked officer Holtzclaw's vehicle GPS and it showed he "was never in those areas that night."

Detectives said Barksdale later "admitted she lied about her assault" and did so because she wanted to help other women's cases against the former officer.

Holtzclaw is accused of sexually assaulting 13 women. His trial is set for October 26th.
