A Moore T-ball league team said it's been duped by a company they claim to have paid more than $3,000 for uniforms.

The six and under Moore Energy T-Ball team played their first game on Saturday. However, parents of team members said they have documentation that shows they've paid Jeff Lane's ‘Print Monkey' in Moore more than $3,500 for their uniforms. However, Lane said he hasn't finished working on the uniforms, because the parents still owe him $360.

“The thing is I went ahead and started stuff without full payment,” he said. “I've gone over and beyond.”

Moore Energy Head Coach Carlos Caudillo said he'll see Jeff Lane in court. He said Lane did a poor job of re-painting 13 of the team's batting and pitching helmets. He said Lane has “missed deadline after deadline.”

“I wish he'd just man up and admit he wasn't going to do ‘em,” Caudillo said Monday.

Police were called to Jeff Lane's shop last Friday afternoon, after the Coach Caudillo and some parents paid Lane a visit.

“I'm done with them, I'm not messing with those people anymore,” Lane said.

Caudillo said he's not sure what he and other parents are going to do to get his team permanent uniforms. “We all know the truth, we all do,” he said.
