The Oklahoma and Oklahoma State women's basketball teams were both selected to the NCAA Tournament on Monday.
OU (20-11) received a No. 5 seed in the Oklahoma City Region and will play the No. 12 seed Quinnipiac in Stanford, Calif. on Saturday, Mar. 21 at 3 p.m. CT. This is OU's 16th straight trip the tournament.
Quinnipiac (31-3) set a school record for wins in a single season.
The top dog in the Sooners' region is Notre Dame (31-2), which won the 2001 National Title.
Oklahoma State (20-11) will make its third straight tourney appearance, this time as a No. 10 seed in the Greensboro Region. OSU will face off against No. 7 seed Florida Gulf Coast (30-2). FGCU enters having won 25 straight wins.
The Cowgirls tip off on Saturday, Mar. 21 at 10 a.m. CT in Tallahassee, Fla.
