S'mores Cereal Bars

1 box Golden Graham or Cinnamon toast cereal

1 package mini marshmallows

3 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla paste

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Spray a 9x13 with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a large pot melt the butter and marshmallows till smooth and remove from heat. Add the vanilla and stir well. pour the cereal into the marshmallow mixture and stir till all cereal is evenly coated with marshmallow. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and allow the bars to cool before cutting into bars.
